Most parents like to see their children running around and doing some exercise – but ultra-fit MaryBeth and Philip Ricardo insist their children do 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups and 100 squats every day in the run-up to a competition to get super-toned.
Shockingly, Ethan, 13, and nine-year-old Sanali regularly follow rigorous training regimes for bodybuilding competitions – and have toys taken away if they don’t work out hard enough.
