Konica Minolta reports increased profits Konica Minolta reported a 10.4% year-on-year gain in operating profit to 20.4 billion yen and up 2.1% in net profit to 13.5 billion yen on sales of 488.1 billion yen, up 5.7% for the first half year ended September 2017. The sales value and unit sales of A3 multifunctional office equipment turned favourable in the European markets and maintained a favourable performance in the North American and Chinese markets. A3 monochrome multifunction printers increased year-on-year sales. The sales of colour digital printers in the AccurioPress C6100 series expanded in China and Europe and inkjet digital printers sold well. Panasonic launches P91 Panasonic India recently unveiled its latest smartphone P91. It comes with a multi-mode camera that lets you capture every mood in different modes and brilliant shots even in low light. Packaged in a glossy finished body, the P91 comes with a graphite film that prevents the phone from heating and thus avoids damage to the circuits. 4G VoLTE enabled P91 comes in a 12.7cm (5”) HD IPS Display.
