EDITORIAL In 2016 Architectural Review, after 30-plus years, made the fundamental move to covering the business of architecture rather than focusing on the practical and creative discipline itself. Taking over as editor at that point, I made it something of a personal mission to try and achieve something like gender parity in both our coverage of practices and the voices that were given a platform. The first cover star after the shift in direction was Larisa Moran, the global chief operating officer at Woods Bagot.
