THE POWER OF THE AIRWAYS CLOUD At any given time of the day, there are approximately 10,000 airplanes soaring across our skies anywhere in the world. If we multiply that number by an average of 200 passengers per plane, that gives us a whooping figure of two million people looking down at those who are on the ground. The magnitude of commercial aviation is gigantic. We have become used to seeing, hearing, or even feeling small, medium, or super large airliners crossing the skies above us during any time of the day. But during Hurricane Irma’s passage across our beloved State of Florida, things changed, and we didn’t like it.
