THERE ARE many things I feel grateful about, this year more than ever. Being the Editor of this publication has given me the opportunity to learn, to see, to taste, and to live experiences that, as a kid, I would have thought impossible to accomplish. In a few months, Airways will have grown past the quarter-of-a-century mark—an accomplishment that very few printed publications are able to claim. I must admit I feel extremely proud to have taken Airways to this important anniversary, safe and sound. However, my concerns regarding increasing difficulties in the paper stock, ink, and shipping markets are seemingly growing, day after day.
