Quite possibly and, even by my standards, I’ll admit this salutation is a bit early (and I’m someone who has been buying mince pies since mid September). But I’m so looking forward to the festivities that I think we should kick them off sooner rather than later. I’m clinging to the ‘Christmas as cashmere’ mantra I spoke about last year.
