Welcome
March turned out to be a month of highs and lows in the Dent Workshop. The month began with a real sense of achievement: I’d finally got all of my tools and equipment unpacked and organised, having moved into my rented space in awkward circumstances last summer. A busy workload meant prioritising the jobs at hand, so the workspace was a little chaotic. As someone who finds comfort and inspiration from a tidy, less cluttered atmosphere, I felt pleased when everything was finally in its right place. Another highlight was the installation and final assembly of my new Tim Horn baseboards; part of a new layout project and something I’d been looking forward to for the past two years.
