REVEALING THE LATEST NEWS, TRENDS AND TECH More than just OK (which is the boat’s new name), this is a great use of a former transport ship. Designer Timur Bozca, who was BOAT International’s 2015 Young Designer of the Year award-winner, gave the former Super Servant 3, built in Japan in 1982, a new look for her use as a private multipurpose world-girdling yacht and toy carrier. The 480ft vessel underwent a three-year conversion at the Turkish Karmarine Shipyard. With more than 35,000 square feet of open deck, OK carries up to 70 toys, including a 150ft sailing yacht and a seaplane. Ferretti Group unveils top models in Miami Two years ago, Ferretti teased Pershing fans with a shadowy rendering and a code name to announce the next big step in the brand’s lineup. At the Miami International Boat Show, the company lifted a comer of the veil by showing the rendering of the first Pershing GTX, a 116ft “crossover” yacht (pictured above) with a speed of 35 knots. Although few details were revealed, the company website shows that the new Pershing will combine triple diesel engines with waterjets to deliver the type of performance Pershing fans expect. SEXY FISH €10.6 million The 130ft Tansu has bean listed for sale by Fraser. With engineering by Diene Yacht Design, the yacht was delivered in 2016 and features a minimalist, beach house-style interior.
