Drunken Pork Chops with fruity relish What you’ll need 6 pork chops about 4 cm thick Salt and pepper Olive oil for grilling Marinade: 2 cups dry red wine 5 bay leaves 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped 1½ tsp ground coriander ½ tsp nutmeg ½ tsp ground cloves Relish: 1 green apple, cored and cut into thin wedges 1 medium onion, cut in small wedges. I tbsp olive oil Salt HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? 8 hours for (overnight) marinade 20 minutes prep time 12 - 16 minutes on the grill HOW TO MAKE IT 1.
