This week in particular has seen me carb-loading like no other. I’m usually fairly disciplined during the week and leave the indulging to weekends but since I’ve been working from home, it’s become a free-for-all – and those kilos are creeping on. If you’ve done the same, let’s not be hard on ourselves. But if you are ready to shift those extra kilos, JLo’s 20-minute sweat session is sure to get the endorphins pumping (p12). And if you’re up for a Jess Biel-inspired challenge, get ready to plank on p17 (toned arms don’t come easy) or shake off those sweet treats by dancing up a storm a la Sofia Richie.
