IN A jailhouse version of How I Met Your Mother, a Florida woman who was in solitary confinement gave birth to a baby whose father is a fellow inmate — even though they’ve never met face to face!
Daisy Link, 29, says she and Joan Depaz, 23, who are both accused of homicide, began speaking to each other through the air-conditioner vents in their cells. They then used bedding to thread a line through the vents so they could pass notes back and forth.
Romance blossomed, and the locked-up lovebirds hatched an ingenious plan to use their stealth messaging system to secretly spawn!
