The way I see it, our RC hobby is dominated by several passions including a passion for creativity, for cutting edge technology, for artistry and of course, for all out fun. As technology and ingenious engineering elevate our hobby to new heights, it’s easy to forget the simple pleasures of RC of the past. The buggy that we showcase on this month’s cover is a throwback to the simpler days of RC, back when frequency crystals and mechanical speed controllers were a thing. Luckily for us, this classic Tamiya Wild One has been updated with modern electronics and a new collab graphics package by Blockhead Motors. It’s a fun ride to the past for sure.
