Vin Diesel has stayed close to Meadow.

Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow, is honouring her dad in the most beautiful way, some 10 years after the actor tragically died in a car crash, aged 40.
In a full-circle moment, Meadow is making a cameo appearance as a flight attendant in Fast X, the latest movie in the Fast & Furious franchise. Paul, of course, played Brian O’Conner in the popular films before his death on November 30, 2013.
Taking to Instagram to share the exciting news, Meadow, 24, explained that “the first Fast was released when I was 1 year old”, and added she “grew up on set” watching her dad work alongside the likes of Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez and Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges.
“I am so blessed to be able to honour my father’s legacy and share this with him forever,” Meadow wrote.
Following Meadow’s social media post, Vin said he felt his best friend Paul would be “proud” of his daughter’s involvement in the new movie.
Vin stepped up and became a father-like figure to Meadow following Paul’s untimely death. Remaining close over the ensuing years, Vin even walked Meadow down the aisle at her 2021 wedding in Paul’s absence. They also shared a big hug on the red carpet at the Fast X premiere in Rome on May 12.
Fellow cast member John Cena also noted that Meadow “did fantastic” in her cameo appearance, adding he felt “honoured” to have performed opposite her in the scene.
