Looking Forward
Foxx (in 2019 and, inset, with Corinne in the promo for We Are Family) “is focused” on the future, says a source.
One month after Jamie Foxx was hospitalized in Georgia for a “medical complication,” his daughter Corinne wrote on her Instagram Story May 12 that the Oscar winner, 55, has been “out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating.” While it remains unclear what caused Foxx’s health scare, Corinne added that he’s recovered enough to be playing pickleball. The day after she posted, Corinne, 29, along with Foxx’s younger daughter Annalise, 13, and Annalise’s mother, Kristin Grannis, were photographed in Chicago. The positive news continued on May 15 when the Fox network announced that the actor and Corinne will cohost the new game show We Are Family, which is set to debut in 2024. “He has a lot of projects going on,” says a source. “He gets things done.”
