Technology boss Elon Musk says he could build a tunnel through the Blue Mountains for about $1 billion. Just think about the ramification for a minute. Sydneysider would have access the areas such as Bathurst and Lithgow in minutes.It would open up the economy in the Central West of NSW and revive the housing shortage as well.It’s not your typical tunnel, however.
