HONEY COFFEE
For a soothing pick-me-up, sip this sweet coffee, inspired by the taste of a traditional Spanish latte.

2 cups hot strong brewed coffee (French or other dark roast)½ cup whole milk¼ cup honey⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon Dash ground nutmeg¼ tsp. vanilla extract
In a small saucepan, combine the coffee, milk, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook and stir until heated through. (Do not boil.) Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Pour into cups or mugs; serve immediately.
