TOUGH LOVE Is it ever OK to ask your partner to lose weight? (14 Jan) made me remember the day 12 years ago my husband said he didn’t find all 18 stone of me attractive and asked what was I going to do about it. It was just one of many factors that set me on a path of change. The speedy story is that I lost 8 stone in a year and kicked my decades-long eating disorder. I also learned that I am more than good enough and food is never the solution to my issues. I hope this may inspire others to not always focus on the negativity of weight comments.
