Keeley Hawes – who co-created this enthralling six-part drama with writers Simon Nye (The Durrells) and Roger Goldby – plays the eponymous Alice, excited to be moving into a new, state-of-the-art home, built by her husband, Harry (former Emmerdale star Jason Merrells).
