The East Coast has given us its fair share of talent over the years. Gall, Barley, Reason, Oyola, MJ, Welsh, Westgate, and the list goes on and on. And while each person possesses an entirely different style and approach to skating they all have a little something in common due to their eastern origins. They’re road worn and hungry. The words “down to earth” and “blue collar” come to mind. A skateboarder’s skateboarder is another way to put it. They might not be the »ashiest and they may stray from the limelight more than their employers prefer, but it’s their personal touch that makes them stand out and makes us seek them out all the more.
