An air strike killed about 14 people in a building in the Yemeni capital of Sana’a, residents said yesterday, during strikes across the city launched by the Saudi-led coalition fighting the Houthi group. Indonesia’s parliament has approved a bill to relocate the nation’s capital from Jakarta to a jungled area of Kalimantan on Borneo island.
