“If you were building a cabinet, you wouldn’t deliberately leave a useful tool out of your toolbox — so why would you do it with CSS Grid?” Relatively few of us are actually using CSS Grid in production. Grid is not just a layout method for the future: I would argue that the time is right to start using it in your projects today. Why CSS Grid? It’s the first specification that enables us to define a two-dimensional grid and have complete control over where on the grid items are placed.
