It’s the perfect way to warm up on a cold night, and the classic drink is surprisingly easy to make! To mix up an Irish Coffee: Pour hot water into a heatproof glass with handles; let sit for a few minutes to preheat it, then empty. Then add 1 oz. of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur, 2 oz. of whiskey, 4 oz. of hot coffee and a splash of milk to a metal cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour into glass. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream. If desired, add chocolate shavings, caramel syrup or cinnamon. Makes 1 drink.
