FRIDAY, JUNE 19 NATIONAL EAT AN OREO DAY Cool off with cookies! We didn’t think Oreos could get any more delicious until we tried these Oreo ice-cream sandwiches from the Woman’s World test kitchen. The best part? They’re super-easy to make! To make Frozen Oreo Sandwiches: Use a spoon to spread 1 Tbs. of softened ice cream or sorbet evenly over 8 Oreo cookie halves, filling side up. Top with remaining cookie halves, filling side down. Use spoon to smooth ice cream or sorbet along side of each sandwich. Cover; freeze until firm, about 3 hrs. Let soften slightly before serving.
