What you’ll need: • 200g flour• 50g rolled oats• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder• 1 apple, grated• 2 carrots, grated• 50ml milk• 1 egg• 3 tablespoons of honey• 115g Greek yoghurt• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Get the oven ready by preheating it to180°c/350°f. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together: the flour, the rolled oats and the baking powder. Now it is time to grate the apple and the carrots. Once grated, add them to the bowl. Mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix together the yoghurt, milk, egg, honey and vanilla. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the flour, carrots and apple and mix again! Take a muffin tray.
