orange Fries You think you don’t like sweet potatoes? Wait till you taste these orange fries, you will want to eat them everyday. What you'll need: • 2 medium sweet potatoes• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch• ⅓ teaspoon of sea salt• 2 tablespoons of olive oil Pre-heat the oven. Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin fingers. (But don’t cut your own fingers!!) Sprinkle the cornstarch onto them. Mix well together. Then drizzle with salt and oil. Line them up on the baking tray. Leave some space inbetween each of them, they are not keen on being overcrowded. Bake for 15 minutes.
