welcome to july

We’re creating a holiday atmosphere at home this month by making the recipes we love best from our previous travels, filling the kitchen with the scent of summer. Come along as we dig out the paella pan, saffron and paprika; drizzle honey over feta or sprinkle it with oregano; sizzle chillies and garlic for the perfect pasta, and say ‘ola’ to a giant Portuguese custard tart (p30). If only farmers were allowed a fair price for their hard work, dedication and expert care for their chickens who produce a superfood that feeds the nation so wholesomely. Thanks Joanna for supporting chicken farmers across the UK. Rebecca Sockett, Shrewsbury…
