I often feel like I’m being held to ransom by Bluetooth. About once a month it suddenly stops working, leaving my keyboard, mouse and headphones useless. If you listen carefully, you might hear the anguished cry of a magazine editor: “Not again Bluetooth – what do you want from me?”. I’ve always known that the problem is missing drivers, and for years that meant spending ages trying to install updates. But discovering Snappy Driver Installer Origin has changed all that. This superb (and free) program makes it as easy to update drivers as it’s ever likely to be. I wasn’t surprised that Robert Irvine awards it gold in his Cover Feature.
