at home with the creator of famed ibizan cabaret lio joan gracia opens the doors to his fabulous spanish villa

It’s a perfect Mediterranean scene: azure sea and sky, pale sand, vivid green vegetation and a splash of white – a house that blends seamlessly into the landscape. This tranquil villa on Ibiza’s famous Las Salinas beach is the home of Joan Gràcia, producer of one of the party island’s most exclusive shows, Cabaret Lío. It’s where Joan, his events planner wife Ana Fernández and the pair’s stylish daughters Julieta and Carlota relax together away from the bright lights and social whirl. As Ana says: “Here, our family can enjoy a very different life from the one we lead at night. It’s all about flip-flops and sarongs instead of heels and sequins.” Inside, the villa is chic but comfortable, with white walls setting off the colourful furnishings. Raffia, wicker and crochet make for…

joined by famous friends in london adele is on dazzling form at comeback concert

She’s one of the most revered musicians on the planet, so it’s little surprise that Adele gathered a galaxy of big names when she played the first gig in her home town in almost half a decade. Sensational in a sparkling black gown as she left the concert with her sports agent beau Rich Paul, Adele looked every bit as dazzling as her celebrity guest list, which included Naomi Campbell, Dua Lipa, Emma Watson, Samuel L Jackson and Idris Elba. Dua led red-carpet arrivals outside The London Palladium, turning heads in a pretty pastel cut-out dress, while Good Morning Britain’s Kate Garraway was elegant in a black ensemble studded with pearls. The presenter was clearly blown away by An Audience with Adele, which was filmed for ITV to air this Sunday – two…

with designs on fashion brooklyn beckham talks wedding plans, influences and living the american dream

‘We’ve been engaged for a year and if Covid wasn’t a thing we’d have liked to have been married already’ Brooklyn Beckham is following in his famous mother’s footsteps and delving into the world of fashion. Speaking exclusively to HELLO! after becoming Superdry’s first sustainability ambassador, the 22-year-old opened up about how mum Victoria and dad David have influenced his new project, as well as his exciting new life in the US with fiancée Nicola Peltz. As he helped open the Superdry store on London’s Oxford Street alongside stars including Lady Kitty Spencer, Pixie Lott and designer Jade Holland Cooper, who is married to the label’s co-founder Julian Dunkerton, Brooklyn said his parents were among his biggest fashion influences. “I have a few, obviously my mum and dad and also my fiancée,” he…

oil tycoon john paul’s model great-granddaughter ivy getty celebrates with her a-list friends as she marries photographer toby engel

Ethereal in an exquisite tulle gown shimmering with mirror fragments, artist and model Ivy Getty said “I do” to photographer Toby Engel in a fairytale wedding with the backdrop of the beaux arts City Hall in San Francisco. In a loving tribute to her family, the great-granddaughter of multibillionaire oil tycoon John Paul wore a flowing veil embroidered with special meanings – guitars for her musician father John and walnuts in honour of the childhood home of her grandmother, interior designer Ann, who both passed away last year. There was also a nod to the dress’s designer, John Galliano, on the 16ft veil, reported Vogue magazine. It took 200 hours to make and featured embroidered dancing elephants – based on a comment John had made while working on the dress. The Maison Margiela…

the countess of wessex puppy love is all around on a charity trip to meet pedigree chums

Friendly and loyal, with a great pedigree and years of training – with so much in common, it is perhaps little wonder that the Countess of Wessex bonded so easily with young trainees at the Guide Dogs National Centre in Warwickshire during a recent visit. Sophie, who took over as patron of the Guide Dogs charity from Princess Alexandra of Kent in July, could not resist a cuddle (left), or ten, as she toured the facility’s puppy block helping to weigh them and portion out food at feeding time. The popular royal giggled as the playful pups took turns to meet her – while one even tried to nibble her hair (right). She also met staff in the centre’s state-of-the-art laboratory and hydrotherapy area, and watched a training demonstration. Before leaving, she…
