With two brand-new iPhones fresh off the presses, mobile accessory makers launching products in time for the holidays, and the release of the Apple Watch just around the corner, it’s an exciting time to be an Apple fan. As Apple unveiled its stream of new products in early September, iPhone Life reported live as the event unfolded from the CTIA Super Mobility Week conference in Las Vegas, where thousands of mobile retailers, carriers, and distributors gathered to network in the sweltering desert city. Apple Pays Tribute to Robin Williams Following the August 11 suicide of Robin Williams, the universally loved comedian earned a rare spot on Apple’s website, where the company included a section titled “Remembering Robin Williams” and expressed its sympathy and gratitude in a short, touching paragraph. Apple went on to dedicate a section of the iTunes Store to Williams’s most popular films. CEO Tim Cook tweeted, “Heartbroken by the news of Robin Williams’ passing. He was an incomparable talent and a great human being.
