Love Embroidery FRESH IDEAS WITH THREAD There are two things we are craving as stitchers right now… and the first is colour. So, while it’s dark and dreary outside, you’ll mostly find us in our craft spaces, cramming our hoops with the brightest hues, and updating our winter thread palettes with punchy spring shades. And the second? More time for stitching, of course! If, like us, you would like nothing better than to put a do-not-disturb sign on the door and lose a few days to stitching, we’ve got some brilliant, bigger projects for you to delve into (equally fun done in smaller chunks, too), plus speedy smaller makes to help you relax and unwind after a busy day……

As we say hello to 2022, we’re taking some time to reflect on the successes of the previous year, but also to think about what changes we’d like to see over the next one. You may have noticed our new Embroidery is for Everyone statement to the left. It’s our commitment to create a magazine that’s inclusive of everyone in the glorious world of stitching. We want everybody to feel welcome in the pages of LE, so that, whoever you are or wherever you’re from, you can feel at home in our fabulous community – and delight in our shared passion for all things thread! There’s a place for every sewist in LE and we’re really looking forward to sharing more projects and stories that better reflect our wonderfully talented…
