Four days after giving birth, the Duchess of Sussex launched her first children’s book, The Bench (right), dedicating it to “the man and the boy who make my heart go pump-pump”. But as well as her references to Prince Harry (left, with Meghan) and their son Archie, the book also appears to include a nod to their newborn daughter.
