START HERE! GREAT GRILLED CORN After years of cooking corn, we’ve arrived at a simple, foolproof method. Preheat a greased grill over medium-high. take it outside

Our message in this issue can be summed up in two words: Get out! Outdoors, that is. You’ll find lots of inspiration for eating outside, starting with my 30-Minute Meals on page 102. My Shrimp & Green Gazpacho is a summer go-to meal for me. And grilling up pizzas is fun for the whole family. They cook quickly, and you can top them with tons of ingredients: I am partial to my Grilled White Pizza with kale. The kids’ fave is always the Grilled Pizza Margherita. (Another thing to love about these dishes: No utensils required!) And you know how much I love burgers, but dogs are their best buddies. Wait ’til you grill up my Buffalo Onion Dogs with blue cheese and celery—everyone will be panting for them! You don’t have…

COWBOY COOKOUT Hitch a ride in a covered wagon to the Old West Dinner Cookout ($60 per adult) in Yellowstone National Park.
