I spent several weeks this past summer travelling from coast to coast, meeting new people, enjoying spectacular landscapes and discovering many of the local wines and flavours from across Canada. (Yes, I know I’m lucky!) Along the way, I used Instagram and Twitter to share photos of the incredible things I did, the wonderful people I met and the amazing meals I enjoyed. STARSTRUCK I was elated to find an interview with Chris Hadfield inside the September issue. He inspired me, like so many others, daily on his journey in the International Space Station.
