2021 matric results will not be published in the media

DBE spokesperson Elijah Mhlanga said in a media statement: “the usual practice of publishing the National Senior Certificate (NSC) results on public platforms (media platforms) will not occur for 2021”. Mhlanga said this was in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) (the POPIA) which came into effect on I July 2021.
