Our office currently looks like a jungle as the whole team has decided to buy plants and fill the desk space with greenery and this week was a big occasion. Sandy, who works on our picture desk picked the first tomato from her desk plant, and gave it to me to eat. Now I probably should have recorded this moment for posterity with a photo of me with it but I was too taken aback and I just ate the word’s teeny-tiniest tomato and it was delicious! Next up apparently is a cucumber so I promise I will photograph that and we’ll feature that. Who knew we had such budding gardeners in our office?…

In an emotional display, Delta Goodrem has shockingly revealed a sad family tragedy during the show’s blind auditions. The 33-year-old was overcome with emotion during the auditions for the new season of The Voice when 18-year-old contestant Oskar from Mount Eliza revealed that his grandmother had Alzheimer’s and the song he chose would bring memories back for her. Singing entirely in Spanish, Oskar performed a song he learned for his grandmother, Abeula, about her homeland.
