We all know how easy it is to feel swamped and stressed these days. Kids, work, family and, well, our busy lives have a habit of getting on top of all of us at some point, right? So when some of the New Idea team started talking about mindfulness, I was really intrigued. I was even more hooked when I read our six-page special on how it works and how it’s changed the lives of many Aussie women.
