Idon’t know what options NASA chief Raila Odinga has after the October 26 polls. Ordinarily, you will expect that he return to the Supreme Court. That is an unlikely scenario. You cannot expect him to go to the Supreme Court because if he goes to the apex court to a process he has not participated in, he will have legitimized it. Because of the zero chances he has given the process, he now gives it 50 percent since it remains the responsibility of the court to decide if the polls are valid or not. NASA flagbearer Raila Odinga took the no election campaign to Trans Nzoia county yesterday. He announced there will be demonstrations against the IEBC tomorrow and Wednesday. The opposition will boycott the election scheduled for Thursday. In well-attended rallies in Kiminini, Kipsongo and Kitale town, Raila said there was no need for the election because rigging machineries are already in place.
