You might be wondering why there’s a cake on the cover of our wellness issue. Great question! Well-being isn’t just about eating superfoods, crushing your workout, and drinking half your bodyweight in water. It’s about balance. It’s about taking a holistic approach to health by incorporating what I like to call the eight slices of the wellness pie (or, in this case, cake!), but more about that on page 43. If you’re like most people, you’re kicking off the decade with a “new year, new you” attitude.
