WEEKEND ARGUS REPORTER THE Cape of Good Hope SPCA has a number of educational programmes that they run, and now there is one that could be a great fit for you. In collaboration with Jellybean Journal, the Cape of Good Hope SPCA introduces the Child Heroes Campaign, which recognises and encourages children to act for animals. The SPCA deals with horrific cases of animal cruelty and abuse on a regular basis and this programme hopes to change that, by teaching children to be kind to animals.
