It’s me again, Lisa! I’m so glad to be back with another issue of Hungry Girl magazine. So much has happened since the last one… Our lives have certainly changed a lot, but throughout it all, one thing has remained constant: We can always use new & delicious ways to enjoy food that’s good for us. And I have to say, this issue is JAM-PACKED with exactly that! Like many of you, I’ve spent a lot more time at home this year. And while I truly missed being at Hungryland (the Hungry Girl headquarters) with my team, it was also nice to experiment with recipe ideas in my own kitchen using whatever ingredients I had on hand! It really took me back and made me reflect on why I started Hungry…
