letter from the editor keeping it short

Anahut Juice Short films are here to stay. The Indian masses have finally taken to this hugely popular concept and how. Times are changing. A feature film still has two hours runtime but a short, with its varied lengths, becomes a more suitable watch. According to close friends, the preparations are on in full swing. The couple intend to tie the knot around March-April this year. We can’t wait to see…

reddy steady shoot!

Sudhakar Reddy Yakkanti Born and brought up in a family of farmers from Guntur, a small town in Andhra Pradesh, young Sudhakar Reddy Yakkanti was inexplicably drawn towards cinema “I was interested in cinema right from childhood. I used to watch all Telugu films. I wanted to do something creative, not a nine to five job,” he says. He’s glad that his family agreed to let him pursue his passion. After his Bachelor’s degree in photography in Hyderabad, Sudhakar started assisting some directors in Telugu films. Later, he joined the FTII, Pune in 2000. “I had interest in direction and writing.
