This was my 15th trip to LA for Oscars weekend and it gets no less exciting. But this year it felt extra special to be one of the lucky few invited to join Sir Elton John and David Furnish at their 28th Annual Elton John Aids Foundation Academy Awards viewing party and fundraiser. the inside story

KING FELIPE VI AND QUEEN LETIZIA OF SPAIN ROYALS COURT ON CAMERA In a dazzling tiara and dramatic hot-pink gown, Queen Letizia of Spain was at her majestic best as the 47-year-old joined husband King Felipe VI (left) for an official photoshoot at Zarzuela Palace to mark the new year. Showing she is a fan of sustainable fashion, Letizia recycled the full-length Carolina Herrera gown she wore last October at a banquet marking the accession to the throne of Emperor Naruhito in Japan. Her dazzling style included the platinum and diamond Tiara de las Flores de Lis, which has been in the Spanish royal family since 1906, when King Alfonso XIII gave it to Queen Ena as a wedding gift. Felipe, too, proudly sported royal orders including the Order of the Golden…
