Alec Baldwin, the star and producer of the western Rust, committed “extremely reckless acts” that led to the on-set death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in October 2021, prosecutors alleged as they charged him and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 25, with involuntary manslaughter on Jan. 31.
