AS JADED AS IT MAY SOUND, I truly do echo Oscar Wilde’s thought, “After a good dinner, one can forgive anybody, even one’s own relatives.” This is not to say I do not love my relatives (some of them are wonderful people and cooks). I just wholeheartedly agree that good food can make many things better. And that is why the joy of culinary travel is unparalleled.
