As I write this editor’s letter, I am drowning in jet lag. Remember jet lag? It’s a thing you get when you fly to another country—which I did! Two, actually—Italy and France—for real, live fashion shows. I took my first international flights since my team left Paris in early February 2020. To be able to go anywhere after nearly 18 months was utterly wild—for the first few days, at a Max Mara event in Ischia, I felt like I was on acid.
