CHANGE IT UP
Take a minute and think of the houses you grew up in. Whether or not those spaces still exist, I’ll bet you can picture dozens of details about the rooms: where the armchairs were, where the TV stood, what the floor lamp looked like, even what knickknack or book was on what shelf. In most people’s houses, things tend to find a place and stay there for years—if not decades. Why does this happen?
