THIS TIME 12 MONTHS AGO, we were weeks away from heading into isolation. It’s hard to believe that almost a year has passed, and when I look back at my editor’s letter for the March issue in 2020, I wonder at my naivety. I remember thinking it would probably be two weeks of working from home and then well, we all know what then. Interestingly, despite the challenges we grappled with in those early days via shooting and testing and generating content from home, another thing I could not have predicted was the deeper connection that was forged with food.
