Everybody wants to move to the country
It’s an actual thing. Everyone I talk to is plotting a future escape out of town to their own scrap of land to rebuild a country home, restore something or start from scratch. It seems that living remotely is hot right now, so it’s been lots of fun editing our selection of contemporary homes across Australia’s countryside for this issue – and hearing the stories behind each build.
