October is all about colour
We feature colour every issue in our edit of gorgeous homes and materials and products, but this month we narrow our focus a bit more to look at trends and expert ways to practically employ colour at home. What’s inspired me is our deep dive into the colour rules of one of our favourite design duos, Arent&Pyke, and their new book all about colour (page 35). I loved their passionate discussion around the strong emotional connection that a well-selected palette can create in a space. All this is giving me the confidence to commit to colour in my own home, starting with a newly upholstered pair of cheeky armchairs that arrived home in a print that is a joyous cacophony of sunny summer lemons.
