THE GOOD & THE BAD
WELL, IT’S BEEN ONE heck of a month for us here at Future, that’s for sure. I have some good news, and a bit of bad news to share with you all. Happily, however, the good news far outweighs the bad—well sort of. So let’s start with the worst bit first. Future’s transition over to its new subscription platform (www.magazinesdirect.com) has been a bit problem-fraught, which is perhaps a nice way of putting it. We’ve had a lot of issues with you guys not receiving your latest copies. Rest assured I’m forwarding on these complaints internally as best I can, but the best thing you can do is email the boys and girls at help@magazinesdirect.com.
